Welcome to our church's website - it's a glimpse of what God has done on this hillside in Burnsville - it's a church body that, 110 years ago, organized to worship God and to provide the mission of providing the first school for the children of Yancey County. That was 1897.
Today, in the same location, we are a vibrant, active, diverse congregation that has moved on to follow Jesus to work in mission both locally and globally. What happens here doesn't stay here!
We believe that Faith, Hope, and Love flow from one life to another through the grace and power of the Holy Spirit. We are community in the holy sense of the word and we are grateful to God for making us a vital part of the Body of Christ..

We will be having our first meeting of Adults and Youth using the New Schedule. Dinner ($5 adults, $2.50 children) will be served starting at 5:30, and then willl be followed by Youth Church School for all ages and Adult Bible Study. Bell Choir will meet from 7:15 to 8:15.
